Our owner - an engineer and independent estimator - has been in the contracting trades for decades. He uses our team's 300 years of combined experience to provide the very best customer service. Every one of our estimators are Senior Estimators who understand the business inside and out.

Being a low bidder is easy - winning the bid and making profit requires experience, skills, and the right tools. Charter Estimating has been successfully awarded hundreds of projects ranging in value from a few thousand dollars to several million. Our vast experience includes estimating commercial, civil, industrial, and residential projects in both the private sector and government markets.

You can choose from the different levels of estimating services that meet your company's needs. For instance, material and labor take-off is best when you want to enter the numbers into your own company software. On the other hand, our complete estimating service includes submitting your proposal on your company's behalf and bid tracking. We also offer budget services when projects do not have complete drawings available.
